Threatened to kill me and my family!

calls into house but no answer,i try to call bac but no answer.

ADDENDUM Quick look up of area code and exchange reveals call came from Danville, Virginia.

Call me and say they are going to send me some papers to the clerks office......... They call me at work and they are getting me in trouble because we are not to get personal phone calls unless an emergency!!

He gave his name, I ask what was the nature of his call. He said he was calling inreference to my Macy's account. Left a #800 number snd ask to call back. I was just coming in from work. When I thought about it, I made my payment already, and why was he calling me. I never called the number back because there was no reason to. Now I will report this number to the Do Not Call Complaint Checklist

Someone called telling me I had a bill that was over due and wanted to know how I wanted to pay it. Then when I told them I was not the person they wanted they got angry and threatened me.

called six times with no answer on other end....on seventh call, said they are a law firm which made a wild claim,

The caller always calls and hangs up-sometimes after 9:00 pm.

have not answered, but they call me at least twice a day sometimes more, and don't leave a message. They need to stop calling me.

Calls me day and night. I am on the do not call list!

Has called 3 times today no one on the line each time

BEEN RECEIVING CALLS FROM THESE INDIVIDUALS FOR MONTHS. EVERYDAY THEY CALL AND 3-4 TIMES A WEEK WILL LEAVE MESSAGE STATING THAT I OR MY ATTORNEY NEEDS TO CONTACT THEM ASAP REGARDING A MATTER. THEY GO ON TO SAY THAT IF I DON'T CALL THEM THEY WILL HAVE TO NOTIFY THE COURT AND I WILL MOST CERTAINLY BE IN MAJOR TROUBLE. AT THE END OF THE CALL THEY ALWAYS MENTION THAT THEY WISH ME THE BEST OF LUCK ETC, ETC....

I receive calls that I had a payloan from us cash and that I did a stop payment on the withdrawal. I have never heard of or dealt with this company and never done a stop payment with my bank. Apparently, I am not the only person dealing with this issue. If I did a loan and did not pay back, I would have received calls, mail, and emails from us cash. Obviously I did not do business with us cash and my bank confirmed it based on the date this agency claimed the deposit was made. I guess I will wait to see if their threats are real.
